BSc (Hons) Business Information

Business professionals with suitable knowledge of Information Technology are highly preferred in all major UK based and overseas companies. Holders of this qualification will have covered key subject areas both in business and information technology disciplines. The nature of the programme is such as to provide students with not only an appreciation of the theoretical issues involved in the study of business but also with a range of practical skills covering information technology which will enhance their value to potential employers. The qualification prepares directly for a career in business or IT, to obtain useful exemptions on a range of professional qualifications or to apply for many research and taught postgraduate programmes.

Course Structure:


Students will study for diploma and advanced diploma qualifications in Business Information Systems at LCBMIT during the first and second year and will be transferred to Staffordshire University to complete the final year of the degree programme at Staffordshire University subject to a successful completion of advanced diploma in year 2.
